Surprise Elsa's is a bit different than others. When you activate her skill she sneezes and little Snowgie Snowmen appear on the screen. You have to tap or swipe them to clear the Tsums under the Snowgies and have to clear all of them before you can return to normal game play. The best way we have found to do this is as soon as they start appearing to swipe down the screen with multiple fingers to try to swipe across all of them at once... if you are successful they will clear them all away immediately and you won't lose time trying to tap/swipe them away. It takes a bit of practice to get it down. Once she has a high skill level and you have perfected the clear of the Snowgies Surprise Elsa can get pretty high scores; however, the amount of coins you get aren't as good as the score.
