Star Wars: Fight the Empire Event Information

The Star Wars: Fight the Empire special event for the International version of the game is here! We have put together this page to help explain the event and give some helpful tips and tricks about how to win the event!

To start the event you have to select the event "card". This is done the same way as selecting a Bingo card by pressing the cards button in the lower left hand corner of the Weekly Ranking Screen. Once you click that if you are currently playing a bingo card you can click the button in the lower left that says "Star Wars" to switch to the event card. Once you do that, if you haven't already started the event card you need to click the big Start Button on the card. There will be 30 different cards during the event. The event will end the night of May 8th. When you complete each card you will get a prize

Once you have started the event you will have to defeat a Star Destroyer for each card. Star Destroyers will appear randomly when you start a game. Each Star Destroyer will have a number of points of damage you have to do to defeat the Star Destroyer and you have 60 minutes to defeat it before it retreats (it will come back later with some of the damage repaired)

When you are battling a Star Destroyer Death Troopers will appear randomly during games. You need to clear the Death Troopers by hitting them with a magic bubble or your Tsum's skill

There are a total of 30 cards (so 30 Star Destroyer battles) for this event. As you progress the Star Destroyers require more and more damage to defeat. If you use one of the new Star Wars Tsum Tsum (Han, Chewbacca, Jedi Luke) you will get a point bonus to make it go quicker!

In addition to battling your Star Destroyers you can also help your friends battle theirs (and obviously they can help you too)! When you are helping your friends battle their Star Destroyer gift capsules can appear randomly. You can get the capsule by hitting it with a bubble or your Tsums skill. Up to 3 capsules can appear during a game but it is random and sometimes you don't get any. Capsules can contain coins, item tickets, or a K-2SO Tsum Tsum!

When you go to the game screen you can click gold button in the "Under Attack" box above the Start button. This will bring up a list of your friends who are currently in battle and from there you can select a friend to help

If you don't defeat a Star Destroyer before the hour is up it will retreat. It will reappear after a little while and will have regained some of its health; however, most of your previous damage will still count so it isn't a big deal if you need more than an hour to defeat it.

Star Wars: Fight the Empire Event Tips and Tricks

Overall the event fairly straight forward as you just keep attacking Star Destroyers... either yours or your friends but here are some tips and tricks to get the most out of the event

  • If you have one of the new Tsum Tsums (Jedi Luke, Han, Chewbacca) use them for the bonus
  • Don't rush through the event and spend time helping your friends with their battles instead. The more battles you help your friends the better the chance of getting K-2SO Tsums and other items. If you leave your Star Destroyer for your friends to help you with that means they have more chances to get K-2SO and items as well.
  • Friends can only do 90% of the damage to a Star Destroyer so it is up to you to finish it off. Going along with the point above... I normally let my friends do all the damage to my Star Destroyer that they can, let it retreat, and when it returns then finish it off.
  • If you are looking for more friends to help with this event you can post your LINE Id in the comments below to find some new friends!
