Tsum Tsum Stacking Vinyls

As the popularity of Tsum Tsums has grown so has the range of available Tsum Tsum products. Toward the end of 2015 we saw Jakks Pacific release "Series 1" of stacking vinyl Tsum Tsum figures. In early 2016 they released Series 2 and there are plans to release Series 3 and a Marvel Series later this year.

They come in 3 sizes (Small, Medium, and Large) and are available in packs of 3 Figures (1 Small, 1 Medium, and 1 Large), packs of 9 Figures (3 Small, 3 Medium, and 3 Large), and "Mystery Stack Packs" containing 1 random Medium Figure along with a matching accessory.

Each Series has a fairly diverse set of characters with some characters being dropped between Series 1 and Series 2 while many new ones were added in Series 2. We would expect this pattern to continue in future series.

In addition to new characters in Series 2, some characters that were only available in 1 or 2 sizes in Series 1 are available in all 3 sizes in Series 2.

Series 1 included core characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and Frozen characters as well as less well known characters like Figaro from Pinocchio and Lucky from 101 Dalmatians. Series 2 filled in additional characters from Alice in Wonderland, Little Mermaid, Lilo & Stitch as well as characters from several new movies including Toy Story, Inside Out, and Big Hero 6.You can see a complete list of Series 2 characters on our Series 1 Character List page by clicking here.

Tsum Tsum Stacking Vinyls come in 3 different packages. The first is a 3 pack with one Tsum Tsum of each size. The packaging is clear so you can see exactly who you are getting. Next is a 9 pack which includes 3 Tsum Tsums of each size. One of the medium sized Tsum Tsums is a "mystery" so you won't know who that is but you can see the rest. Normally 1 or more of the Tsum Tsums in the 9 pack is exclusive to that 9 pack (at least for that series). Finally there are "Mystery Stack Packs". These packs are "blind bags" so you don't know who you will get. Inside each bag will be 1 medium Tsum Tsum as well as a matching accessory. The accessories are designed so you can stack Tsums on or below them. Some of the Mystery Pack Tsum Tsum can only be found in the Mystery Bags while others can be also be found in the 3 or 9-packs.

The Vinyl Tsum Tsums can currently be found in the US as well as Hong Kong that we know of. When they were first released in the US they were exclusive to Target stores; however, over time their availability has spread to many other stores including random places like Bed, Bath, & Beyond.

What stacking Vinyl Tsum Tsums will be coming in the future? Well we already know Series 3 should be arriving in a few months and also Marvel "Series 1" is on the way.
