Holiday Donald is a limited time Tsum Tsum that was first available in the International version of the game in December 2014. He is likely to return each December. His skill is similar to regular Donald; however, it has one advantage which makes him great for creating large combos for Bingo missions. While you have to tap Tsum Tsums to clear them using regular Donald, with Holiday Donald you can swipe across the screen to clear individual Tsums (each one counting for the comobo count). Also, the duration of his skill at higher skill levels is longer than normal Donald; however, since he is capped at skill level 3 he isn't a very powerful Tsum.
