Holiday Goofy is a limited time Tsum that was first available in the International version of the game in December 2014. It is likely he will return every December. His skill is the same as regular Goofy; however, he will clear a larger number of Tsums at each skill level than regular Goofy. Since his skill level is capped at 3 he isn't the most powerful Tsum but at least is better than regular Goofy.
