When you activate Randall's skill it will clear all Randall Tsums on the screen and then no Randall Tsums will appear until the skill timer ends. Overall he isn't the most usefull Tsum Tsum; however, he can be used for the bingo missions requiring you to reduce the Tsum types to 3 if you also use the 5->4 Power Up
