Availability
The Mad Hatter has been available at both the US and Japanese Disney Stores. Alice in Wonderland was one of the early sets released in the US but has since sold out in most places so you aren't likely to find him. Japan still has many of the Alice characters (and they have restocked them) but currently the Mad Hatter is sold out online.
