The Thanos Stop the Invasion special event for the International version of the Marvel Tsum Tsum Mobile Game is here! We have put together this page to help explain the event and give some helpful tips and tricks about how to win the event!

To play the event you need to go to the special event "Stage". You get there from the Stage Screen where there are three ships (that look like Tie Fighters) above the regular stage planets and next to the Hellicarrier

Once you go to the stage screen you will see a mostly empty screen with some ships. You will be able to select 1 or more "missions" by clicking on the ships. The selectable missions will have four square corners around a ship or group of ships with small arrows pointing to the ship(s).

For most of the missions, it will be a fairly normal game; however, periodically through the game ships will fly through the screen. You need to hit the ships with bombs or your Tsum's skill to destroy the ship and get the points for that ship. There are two types of ships: Small Ships that are worth 10 points and can be destroyed with 1 bomb/skill and Large Ships that are worth 50 points and require three bombs/skills to destroy them

Occasionally one of Thanos' evil henchmen will appear for you to battle them! Defeating the Villain will get you 200 points

Also, every so often Thanos himself will appear for battle. Thanos will get more powerful the more times you defeat him. Luckily if you don't defeat him on your first attempt the damage you did will remain and you will be able to battle him again. You will have 15 minutes to defeat him before he goes away; however, if he does go away he will return after a few "regular" missions and he will still be damaged so you can keep attacking him until you defeat him. Thanos is worth a ton of points at higher levels and each time you defeat Thanos you will get a special prize in addition to more normal "Win Battle" prizes like coins, Iso, etc. One nice thing is you will alway get 4 prizes regardless of your leader's luck.

You can also get help from friends to defeat Thanos more quickly... this also obviously means you can help your friends too. The best part is both of you get points from defeating Thanos curing co-op play! You can find friends who are looking for help with Thanos by clicking the Search button at the bottom of the stage screen (It has an icon that looks like a wifi network symbol)

Some Tsums will give you a point bonus if you use them as your leader. Hulk (Amadeus Cho) and Prowler will give you a 50% bonus while Thor, Drax, Star-Lord, and Mosaic will give you a 20% point bonus

We have talked about getting points so of course you get something for those points! There are quite a lot of prizes you can get from accumulating points during the event. These include Coins, Orbs, Booster, Iso-8 of most colors, Item Tickets, Coin Box Tickets, and an event specific Tsum Tsum: Mosaic!

Your points will also be used to rank you against 20 random other players. You will get extra coin and white Iso-8 rewards at the end of the event based on your rank

Overall the event is more straight forward than some of the previous events. You just keep fighting battles and destroying ships or Villains as they appear; however, here are some tips to help you get through the event:

• During the ship missions we find it better to use a Tsum that generates bombs and ignore the bonus points; however, this will obviously depend on which Tsums you have and how powered up they are
• Thanos' two henchmen aren't very powerful so it is best to use either Hulk (Cho) or Prowler if you have them for the bigger bonus
• Thanos himself is a bit different than regular Villain battles. He always will take 1/3 of your total hit points when he attacks (but there is a big delay between his attacks). This means it is best to focus on ATK for your team since defense and HPs are pretty meaningless against him. He also doesn't have a type so you don't need to worry about type advantages/disadvantages. Since you can use multiple battles to defeat him we recommend using one of the characters that have a bonus as your leader when you battle him. He will give you a lot of points so their bonus is even better!
