After constantly checking local stores for the Series 2 Mystery Stack Packs since they first started showing up on the West Coast a couple weeks ago we finally managed to find some! Our local Toys R Us had one box of them out... unfortunately it wasn't a sealed box and it looks like one pack had already been taken as we were missing Ariel after all was said and done so we are still on the look our for her but at least we have the rest and can show you here!
The front of the box has a picture of all the Tsums that are available in the Mystery Packs
Included in the box are several characters that are only found in the Mystery Packs including Jiminy Cricket, Anger, Suzy, and Angel. Also, medium sized Alien is only available in the Packs for now as well.
The packs themselves are the same basic design as Series 1; however, they have different characters:

The picture of the different characters with their accessories gives you a big hint as to the shape of the accessories which of course means you can try to figure out what is inside the bag before opening it. Here is what the contents of each character's pack looks like (with the exception of Ariel of course):

Overall we love the accessories and the Mystery Stack Packs are our favorite thing about both series. For Series 2 they have 15 different Stack Packs instead of the 10 for Series 1. Hopefully for future series they will keep having more Stack Packs and accessories.
Speaking of upcoming Series... as we mentioned before we have heard rumors of Series 3 coming out in a few months and have also seen previews of a Marvel series... we think the Marvel series will probably be out in late summer or early fall. So we have lots of exciting new stacking Tsum Tsum Vinyls to look forward to!
