This evening the Disney Store sent out official notification that the current Tsum Tsum Subscription program is ending after this month.
There will be a new program starting in January; however, from the e-mail it sounds like you will have to sign up for the new program even if you were part of the old program.
While there is a link in the e-mail that sounds like you can sign up to be notified about the new program it just goes to the generic Disney Store registration screen.
