The fine folks at Entertainment Earth sent us both a box of the Jakks Pacific Vinyl Disney Series 5 Tsum Tsum Mystery Packs and a box of the Tsum Tsum Pastel Parade Mystery Packs to review on the blog... and even better... they are providing a box of Disney Series 5 Mystery Packs to give away to one of our readers!
For those who aren't familiar with the Tsum Tsum Stacking Vinyls from Jakks Pacific, they recently released Series 5 of their Disney collection and a special Pastel Parade collection for the Spring. There are three different sizes of Vinyl Tsum Tsums and are available in 3 packs (1 of each size), 9 packs (3 of each size), and Mystery Packs. The Mystery Packs normally contain one medium Vinyl Tsum Tsum with a character specific accessory. For the Pastel Parade Mystery Packs it is a Large Tsum Tsum instead. We think the Mystery Packs are the best part of each series and there are always a couple of characters that are exclusive to the Mystery Packs! As the name implies the Mystery Packs are blind bags so you don't know who you will get inside each bag.
First we will take a look at Series 5, there are a total of 15 different characters and they come in boxes of 24. The different characters have different rarity levels. Series 5 includes Tick-Tock, Elsa, Boo, Sulley, Peter Pan, Cruella de Vil, Mufasa, Pumbaa, King Louie, Barrel, Jack Skellington, Jessie, King Triton, Nemo, and Hank. The rarest two in Series 5 are Boo and Jessie. Our box didn't contain Jessie... it seems like each box will have either 1 of Boo or 1 of Jessie.
Boxes of Series 5 Mystery Packs are currently in stock on Entertainment Earths website and you can find them here:

HankAs Tsum Tsum fans know the name Tsum Tsum comes from Japanese and roughly translates to "Stack Stack" as Tsums are meant to stack on top of each other. This is true of the Vinyl Tsum Tsums and even the Mystery Pack Accessories. They are each designed to be stackable with a large, medium, and small Tsum Tsum!
All the accessories from Series 5 are great; however, my favorites this time are Peter Pan, Sulley, Hank, and King Triton. As I said above the Mystery Packs with their cute accessories are always our favorite part of each series as they really add something to their character and are really cute!
Now to look at the Pastel Parade Mystery Packs
In the Pastel Parade Mystery Packs you get a Large Tsum Tsum instead of a Medium with an accessory. There are a total of 12 different characters in the set including the "Ultra Super Lucky" Golden Winnie the Pooh. So lets take a look at them!
