The International version of the Disney Tsum Tsum Mobile Game was updated to add two new characters: Captain Hook and Cruella De Vil! They also announced that a new Halloween Villains Event is coming soon (Most likely starting on Friday)!
Both Captain Hook and Cruella currently have lucky time until the end of the day October 5th.
