To celebrate the 7th Anniversary of the popular Unibearsity line of products at the Japanese Disney Store they will be releasing special "Top Hat" plush characters including Tsum Tsums!
There will be two sets. The first are a set of Unibearsity Tsum Tsums which will be released at all Disney Stores in Japan on January 21st.
The second set will be Mickey and Friends in Top Hats which will be released at select Japanese Disney Stores on January 26th
