Our Tsum Tsum subscription box for this month has arrived!
This month is Jungle Book themed (to go with the Jungle Book Tsum Tsums coming out next week). It includes a small Baloo and a mini Mowgli. Before we give you our thoughts here are some pictures:
While this month's subscription isn't quite as exciting as last month's (especially since all the other Jungle Book Tsums are coming out next week) I am still very happy with this month's box. While they continue the pattern of having a winking variant for the subscription "exclusive" mini at least this month there are additional details (a stitched on vine and leafs) that don't appear to be on the regular Mowgli. This makes it more interesting than some of the other winking variant minis. The thing I like best is the pattern they have been following recently of really having a coordinating small and mini where the size difference actually corresponds to the characters. Between those factors and the fact that these are more unique characters (instead of yet more Mickey, Minnie, Olaf, etc) I would give this month's box 4.5 stars out of 5.
Is it too much to hope that with the upcoming Pete's Dragon reboot movie they will have a subscription small Elliott with a mini Pete? I doubt they will have a full set dedicated to the movie but I think having them as the subscription set one month would be awesome!
